MetCredit Welcomes Vikash Parsad as Senior Controller

And I’m pleased to announce that Vikash Parsad, CPA, CMA joined MetCredit as Senior Controller on August 10, 2026, bringing more than 15 years of experience in commercial finance, financial leadership, risk management, and business growth.

Vikash’s career reflects a consistent ability to strengthen organizations through thoughtful financial leadership.

He has held senior roles with ATB Financial, Canadian Western Bank, Ashdown Capital, the Canada Revenue Agency, and more recently served in financial controller and finance manager contract positions.

Throughout his career, Vikash has led growing portfolios, improved financial processes, strengthened governance, and helped organizations make informed strategic decisions.

Vikash’s background spans commercial finance, financial reporting, budgeting, risk management, and operational improvement. His experience with leading financial institutions and both public and private organizations has equipped him with a broad perspective that will support MetCredit’s continued growth and operational excellence.

Outside the office, Vikash and his wife regularly volunteer in their community by delivering Meals on Wheels to seniors on weekends. Even their dog happily jumps in, making frequent visits to senior care homes, providing comfort and companionship through pet therapy.

Those experiences and that dedication to the community reflect values that fit naturally within MetCredit’s culture.
