MetCredit is now taking applications for a full-time IT Support Tech for our Edmonton Head Office.

Position Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve user support requests
- Log time and problem resolutions into ticketing system
- Manage computer hardware and software
- Deploy new hardware and software
- Manage and audit user accounts and permissions

- Windows 10 and 11
- Microsoft Office Suite (2019 & Newer)
- Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
- Active Directory
- Terminal Services
