Q: Can't I just start making payments?
A: Once your account is past due, the full amount becomes
due and payable. A short-term arrangement may
be possible only after a review of your financial
situation. However, you should contact one of our representatives
to confirm your qualification.
Q: I can't get a loan to pay in full because of my credit
rating. What can I do?
A: Lenders grant credit based upon many factors. If your
credit rating has some negative information, it is still possible
to obtain a loan. Phone our office for assistance.
Q: What other sources of money are available to me?

Q: I have been told there is an unpaid collection with Metropolitan
on my credit bureau. What can I do to take care of it?
A: Contact our office immediately and we can assist you.
Providing your account is paid in full, a receipt will be
issued to you stating your account has been satisfied.
