Q: Can't I just start making payments?

A: Once your account is past due, the full amount becomes due and payable. A short-term arrangement may be possible only after a review of your financial situation.  However, you should contact one of our representatives to confirm your qualification.

Q: I can't get a loan to pay in full because of my credit rating. What can I do?

A: Lenders grant credit based upon many factors. If your credit rating has some negative information, it is still possible to obtain a loan. Phone our office for assistance.

Q: What other sources of money are available to me?

A: Many people in similar situations have received help from their banks, family, relatives, private lenders, finance companies, retirement savings, GIC's, government bonds, advances from employers and holiday pay.

Credit Bureau Questions:

Q: I have been told there is an unpaid collection with Metropolitan on my credit bureau. What can I do to take care of it?

A: Contact our office immediately and we can assist you. Providing your account is paid in full, a receipt will be issued to you stating your account has been satisfied.
